Read in one sittingAs a Filipina reader, I felt and lived in the universe that the writer took us to. Folklore, family history, drama, humor neatly rolled into the story most middle class Filipinos could definitely relate to.I especially liked the pov of the things in the house bringing in the mystical elements to the story.
